I have a 2016 242 Limited S. I sometimes have an issue where the port side engine won't turn over. I can usually work the throttle back and forth a bit and get it to fire up, but it seems to be getting worse and left me stranded for about 5 minutes yesterday. I believe based on some earlier threads that the neutral sensor in the binnacle is going bad? I don't think the throttle lever controller in the engine bay could cause this? It sometimes flashes up "Bad comms" or some other warning on the screen until it fires up.
