Moved my trolling motor batteries to the front of the boat and mounted the new 3 bank charger. Also a side by side comparison of the stock plugs compared to a new bronze garboard plug.

Looking good! Cover up those positive battery terminal with some boots to prevent accidental shorting.

how does the boat ride with this setup? I bet it plains alot faster

Just got it installed and only got it in the water for a few to see how it sat. The boat used to sit noticeably lower on the port side even my wife noticed how much a difference it made moving the batteries. Hoping to get it on the water to test it in a few weeks.

I contacted my dealership about the ipi;ot install they are performing on my FSH. I told them I wanted the trolling motor battreries moved up to the bow compartments like you have done. They said they would do it so I am pumped. Cant wait until they haave it complete. I will post pics.

I am sure they will be happy because its a pain to get the big ole plugs from the trolling motor pulled to the rear of the boat. Super easy to connect to batteries if they are in the front. You may ask them to just coil up the extra cable instead of shortening in case you decide to move them anywhere. I just coiled up all my excess wire in case I decide I want to move them somewhere else. I like this location so far but will see how it handles rough water.
