What navigation apps have you come across that you like the most?

I have the Navionics app in the trial period and the maps are familiar to me because I had Navionics maps on my Garmins on my old boat.

Just wondering if there's anything better or cheaper (or free) that would provide depth shading or contours and a real time position before I pay for the Navionics subscription.

ETA: Was messing around just now and realized my ActiveCaptain app that I used with my Garmins still has all my maps and waypoints in it! I just assumed it would go away when I unlinked my devices when I sold the boat, but it is all still there, so I will be able to just use that.

I use Navionics on my phone when boating in unknown waters. $50 a year. Not great, but does the job.
