Birthday Cake

Made a small birthday cake for our Son's Birthday. Because our son likes chocolate and our 5 year old granddaughter likes vanilla cake with chocolate frosting i had to combine the two. The Frostings were Coffee buttercream and a rich chocolate buttercream. It was topped with a chocolate ganache with chocolate covered espresso beans.

Looks great! Connoisseur’s might say it ruins a good cake, but I would want a scoop of vanilla ice cream with that.
