Anyone have any hangers on their board racks for hanging life jackets?

I bought some and they didn't fit my boat like they said they would. Wrong pitch thread for the rack for the bolts they sent, and didn't mount to where you could open/close the rack, and/or fit the board on there. Emailed the seller and never heard back. Awesome idea!!! Wish I had a CNC machine, well and the knowledge/skill to do these things. Obviously took them off and tossed them in my lessons learned box.
