Boat Lift

The specs on my new boat list the beam as 102 inches. My boat lift lists its size as 108 inches. Will I be able to get the boat on this lift, or do I need a bigger lift?

By math it should fit. I would definitely recommend no driving onto the lift, but stopping short and pulling it on by hand. I think ideally though you are going to want something wider.

Agree with @d_coyne1984, I went with one that is 116.5" (inside width) This gives me 4.25" on each side for clearance. I still think its tight if there is any current at all. With yours you will only have 2" of clearance on each side.
