looking for a boat manual for 1999 Sugar Sand heat. 1 thing I want to know is how to increase the idle

Welcome @Greg n Lori to JB.net. Glad you joined us. I don't have any info on the Sugar Sands boats, sorry about that, but there are a few guys that do. Hopefully they will chime in soon.
BTW, what type of engine/pump system is in your boat? It's possible that somebody might have the info you're looking for that had a similar system in a different brand boat.
