Just curious what is the best place to purchase a set of new rims and tires for my 2018 Shorelander trailer is. I believe the rim is a 14". I will never be in salt water so no need to be specific. But I don't like the stock look and wanted to know an opinion on decent setup. Probably upgrade the tires too, to Goodyear or something nicer. Opinions?1.jpg 2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg.

I don't know about best but I got mine where a lot of other people do and had no issues. recstuff.com 14 Inch Trailer Wheels. I ran the wheels on Kenda Loadstar radial tires and it was much better than the bias-ply Carlisle turds that come with the trailer. You can google reviews and comparisons of these tires compared to say the Goodyear Endurance but any radial is going to ride better that's for sure. A lot of these trailer tires like to tout high speed ratings in excess of 80 mph but you'd have to be a fool to even be towing several thousands of lbs that fast.

Of course you can probably find similar prices from these other common places to get the wheels and tires:

Thank you very much!

Got these at Discount tire.
T-03

$95.00 each. SENDEL T-03

and the have the 14" trailer tire that is 5.5 or 6 inches wide

You should not have to buy the center caps assuming that you are going to install bearing buddies or reuse the stock ones. I bought some sendel rims a few years ago. If you want to go with a D weight rated tire like the good year endurance 2 you have to install metal stems to get full weight capacity of the tire and make sure the rim has a matching weight rating.

If you decide to sell the factory wheels please let me know. Thanks

Haven't seen anyone use the mooring cover with the shipping brackets any issues?
It's just parked for now, I'll raise the tower before I hit the road. Plus my wife was at the gym, so I didn't have anyone to help in raising the tower.
The flap that goes over the horizontal bar on the tower doesn't seal very well.

Same Boat and Trailer here. I got mine from RecStuff. 14" Wheels. Here's a picture of it one time when we were camping...IMG_5373.jpeg

Great photo! Glad to see you have the cobra's on. I will be putting them on in about a month. What tires and rims are those? Link perhaps? What was the cost on them. Those look sharp.
