When I was in high school an accident blocked our path home for a long time. When traffic started moving again we drove by what was left of the accident scene. A single cab truck towing a bass boat had been involved in an accident. The boat had come off of the trailer as pictured above but instead of landing on top of the cab it had gone through the rear glass and the windshield. Needless to say the driver had perished. There was a lot of talk about decapitation at school that week.
Using the safety cable at the bow and transom straps is important!
