Can’t control Media from the Connext screen

I have a 2022 195s and I am unable to control my stereo from the connext screen. To listen to music I have to turn on the remote at the back of the boat. Once I do that I can control from the app on my phone, but still can’t do anything from the media tab on the connext screen. Anybody else run into this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

If i turn off my radio at the swim remote, i cannot do anything at the connext even turn on untill uts turned on at the remote. Once on no issues, even if batteries turned off it all works normal untill its turned off at remote

I wanted to update this. Apparently the Radio located on the swim deck needed to be replaced. There was visible signs of corrosion on the SXM port on the back of the Radio. The dealer ordered a new radio under warranty
