Can anyone recommend a place to purchase a boat cover?

I have a 1998 Sugar Sand Mirage and I'm looking to replace my custom boat cover. I've looked at a few places online but it seems like they all have an elastic band that is supposed to fit tight around the boat. I moor my boat on the water so I need something I can cinch tight around the boat because it can get windy and blow the cover off. My existing cover has a ratchet strap to tighten it down.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I would look into a local canvas/boat upholstery shop to make you a custom one. On my previous boat I had a local shop (Harken) custom make me a two piece snap on cover. I dropped the boat off by them and a couple days later picked it up with custom cover all ready to go. It was about $450 about 15 years ago, so probably a little bit more now.
