Looking for information or an instructional on changing the impeller on a 165 Scarab or a boat similar. Mostly just want to make sure I don't screw it up and have all the bolts torqued to the right specs. Thanks!

There are YouTube videos out there. When you change the impeller it would be a good idea to change the liner and bearings. You will need a hydraulic press, a spline tool with hex head to remove the nut and a way to deep freeze the liner to shrink it so it can be inserted into the pump. I am pretty mechanical and do most projects myself, but I have pump rebuilds done by a local jet boat shop. Up to you.

I have found plenty of videos that walk me through other models that are very similar. I was just mostly wondering about torque specs. Some people say the specs are more for jet boats with 300hp
