both my check engine lights on my Yamaha AR210 came on at the same time

Is your battery fully charged?

glad to have you on board,

how long have you owned the boat?
ever had other issues with it?
when the lights came on were you out on the water? if so for how long ?

none of the other warning lights on the gauge are on ? and nothing is flashing ?

Batteries are okay, probably not fully charged. I am out on the water and no other issues. Just did new plugs, air filters, oil and oil filters.

Have you disconnected the batteries to try to reset ??

I think I would try that,
here's an old link I found quickly from YJB talking about ar210's and having the light stay on constant but even reading with YDS not finding any codes,

can you go to "no wake" mode ?

If I disconnect the battery for reset, it goes away but eventually comes back

the normal function of the check engine light is to flash a two digit sequence of numbers to tell you what it thinks is wrong,

The couple of threads I've come across dealing with the light staying on constantly all seem like 210 models and no one has found a problem when hooking up the YDS.

If the engines are running good I wouldn't let this ruin a trip, just continue to monitor and see if you can figure out any rhyme or reason when they do come on
time running ??
rpms ??
