I have a 2010 yamaha 212x. The rear cleat broke off and I ordered new one but it is very hard to acess the cleat. Has anyone had any luck fixing this?

I have a 2010 242 not a 212 but access to the cleat should be the same. Try removing the speaker on the swim deck, if you have one, first. If you don’t have speakers on the swim deck try to access the cleat area by removing the clean out plug tray.

even if the rear hatch is removed? Speaker hole as suggested might be another entry point. best of luck.
