Communication error for audio system

I installed a new JLAudio MM50 in a 2017 242 Limited S and now I get a annoying beeping and warning for communication error with the sound system. I removed the Polk amp/controller completely and replaced with a 600 watt JLAudio amp. How do I make the error go away. Thanks in advance everyone.
