Should I use epnoc grease on the bearing and fill the cone 2/3 of the way

Well, that's what the manual calls for. There are a couple options. Island Racing has their own special epnoc mix. Also, there are those who use gear oil to lube the bearings directly in addition to the grease.
I have not done this yet but am getting ready to in the next few weeks. I went with the Island Racing grease.
