Cooking and baking has become a passion for me since I fully retired eight years ago, I love to grill, BBQ and to bake cookies and cake. So over the weekend I made BBQ chicken, cornbread, baby back ribs and beans. Tonight I grilled a 1 1/2 inch porterhouse to medium rare and served with baked potato and my version of vegetable ratatouille. IMO the porterhouse is the best bang for the dollar as it gives you a great sirloin and filet mignon on one piece. Of curse my wife gets the filet mignon.[flag]
