Does anyone know what thw part number or where to get the engine/intermediate coupler tool is for a mr1 engine. Working on a 2012 vx cruiser. I cant find it anywhere. The 1.8 is way to big and everything else i can find is for pre 2007

Is it the coupler wrench? I can’t speak from experience, just trying to assist from the service manual for my 2012 SX 210 with the MR1 1721416549249.png

Thanks, you are the best, i have the pdf manual for this ski but cant find the page like that. That should be the same.

Unfortunately that part number is impossible to find but i did see somewhere that it crossed to the same one used on a gp1300r so i ordered it hoping it will work.
I did get the coupler off of the engine i am working on using a blunt hammer end on my pneumatic air hammer. Dont like using it cause it can damage the coupler, it didn't so im good but want the tool for the next one

Did you ever get the coupler wrench? Did you buy it, if so you want to rent it to me or where did you get it

I did buy the one that states its for the older gp1300 and it is a perfect match. Sorry i cant lend out my tools unfortunately. Besides it was cheap. This is the one i used

thanks, dont think mine and yours are the same 10 yrs apart

What year /model is yours?
If the part number for your ski ends in 06551 then the older ones is the same
If you read i was working on a 2012 vxcruiser

I figured it's a one time use tool for me. It's been 20 yrs. Bad or not I am changing these bearing while it's apart.

That is the same coupler as the one i changed. The part number i posted the link to would work. For someone to ship one to you to borrow and ship back will cost you the same. Look around there are cheaper ones out there. Thats just the one i bought
