Claire and I spent a few days camping on Md Eastern shore so we decided to look for fixer uppers. We found a few to include a boat and truck to transport needed materials. Unfortunately our offer to take them off their hands was laughed at.

Was just on a river this past weekend and saw a lot of run down property. Crazy that you couldn't pick any of it up... like what else are they going to do with it?
