Engine compartment sound deadening foam coming loose

As the title states, the sound deadening foam on the bottom side of the engine cover is falling down onto the top of the engines. What's the best adhesive to stick this stuff back up?

I would get 3M 38808 Headliner and Fabric Adhesive. Spray it liberally on both the foam and fiberglass and once it is tacky push it together.

It is a warranty item if you want to take it to the dealer. My was re attached when I had the boat in for some other work. THey found it and re glued it.
