Engine swap. Can I put a modern 1.8R HO on a 242 limited S 2016 jet boat?

One of my engines on my 2016 242 limuted S E is giving me a hard time. Had a low oil pressure alarm so I checked pressure and it was very low, fortunately I founf that the filter on the carter was clogged. I cleaned all of that, used it about 8 hours and now again, oil pressure alarm. Havent had time to check again but im thinking of changinf that whole engine, does anybody now it a new 1.8 HO R will perfectly fit? Canbus and all electrical connections are the same?

Salt water boat with 200ish hours at Costa Rica.

What is a 1.8 ho R?
What is it out of?

And to know if the connectors are the same you need to do some legwork and research on part numbers for both years on the harnesses and components.
Nobody here would know is the are compatible unless they did the exact swap, which is unlikely since engine swaps arent common
