Hopefully getting a boat his weekend. Will want to keep it in a dry dock. What questions should I ask at the marina. What would be your major concerns? Looking at outdoor storage in a 3 high rack.
Overnighting in the water is something your going to have to overlook if you want to dry stack your boat. It will be fine leaving it in the water overnight every weekend but you better make sure they understand how to flush a jetboat and use salt-a-way. You should be able to clean the interior of the boat at the dock and let them flush the motors and hose the exterior hull sections. Keeping the interior free of salt water and salt spray is key to longevity.

I am looking at Banyan Bay Marina in Ft Lauderdale and Keystone Point in North Miami. Security is a concern for me.
