Fuel filter???

Need some help locating the fuel filter. Seems to not be getting enough gas when trying to start the boat up. Posted some pictures thanks for your help!

Follow the lines that come out of the fuel tank .. there should be three and usually they are labeled:
On, reserve and return... on and reserve go into a type of hose switch/bypass and then one comes out of it and feeds the fuel filter... should be close to the switch lever .. the other hose line is a return and will connect to the other side of the carb .
