Fuel line replacement 97 Speedster

I've never changed the fuel lines in my Speedster. So, I am over-due. Has anyone here done that job or seen a video/webpage that might be helpful?

Also, the fuel lines that are in there now appear to be black marine grade lines. I bought the boat used 16 years ado. Could they have had the lines replaced or are these oem in Speedsters? Anyone see any issues with replacing these with AC Delco fuel lines?
