Does anyone know what the Optional Tandem Axle Galvanized Trailer with Swing-away Tongue upgrade costs for the 242X-E?

Cost for Galvanized should be an extra $350

Galvanized trailer was no extra charge on my boat, then again I live in Florida and they didn't stock any boats on painted trsilers

Same here. My dealer only sells with galvanized

Good point! I don't think I have seen a single new Yammie with a galvanized trailer around here (Midwest)!

The dealers spec them out based on their area. My dealer went to get my boat for me in Mississippi and thankfully it came with the galvanized trailer. No additional cost.

No additional cost for me either. Was part of the purchase deal.

What about if it came with painted but now wishing I had galvanized lol fml....?
Do I just search for random axle 24ft boat trailers?
New to being a new boat owner but have a 2017 AR240.
Had a 76 16ft Lund before..... what an upgrade lmao.

@Chadt4, were I you, I would look for an aluminum trailer, methinks, and try to sell the painted one, then. I don't think you will have much option with most dealers or anything. Galvanized is nice, but if you drill any hole (to repair, etc.), you need to regalvanize the area. And aluminum is lighter. From what I have read here, everyone who has bought an aluminum loves it.

Of course, I have still my painted one, so take my comments for what they are worth...
