Sometimes my good engine had a high idle. I removed the spark arrestors and followed the fsm procedure to set all in sync. Sort of. I didn't remove or light test, just a visual of closed, then a bit more until the others opened, then back off into they closed for each adjuster. Hooked up the yds and set the idle to 1650 (more like 1600-1700). I cleaned everything and oiled all the pivot points and springs. I didn't bother vacuum testing the individual ports. I noticed a lot of noise coming from the screw cap when I had it off for the yds. I might add some insulation to the back of it. I noticed a nut missing on the rear cleat and took a picture of it way down there. That's 3 different cleats that were missing a nut so far! Lock tight everything!
