Homemade-Let’s see what you make!!

Anything everything. Great stress relief. Love cooking for people.

I go through phases. I've done beer, wine and cheese making. At one point, I was doing about 10 barrels of red wine a year with 2 other winemakers when I lived in California. Winemaking is not so great in GA so stopped doing that one.

One thing I've been doing with the kids is gummy candy. I have the mix down pretty well using bulk ingredients. My flavors are pretty good and can tune the sweetness and tartness depending on what people like. I'm working on mold for shot glasses...someone beat me to it but I can do it better I think.

I've been itching to try making my own sausage. Looks fun.

We make about 1000 lbs of sausage twice a year. Around 500lbs gets smoked everytime .

That’s a lot of “Dangle” right there!

The gummy candy is a neat idea never would have thought of that

We make homemade chocolate bars.

1 TBS of coconut oil
1 TSP of agave
1 heaping TSP of cacao powder or baking cocoa

Mix well. Pour into a mold (we use a Tupperware lid) and put into the freezer for 5 or 10 minutes.

Tastes fantastic and no processed sugars and other crap.

You can add chopped nuts, mint, etc.
