sr230 2005--- getting ready for summer everything looks good overheat light comes on shut down engine and restart and everything is good except I feel pee hole water and it is hot and the temp light did not come back on. Water coming out of exhaust is not hot or cool but good volume I would say normal. this is done on hose. There is strong flow of water coming out of pee hole and motors sound great.--- any ideas thanks

Have you watched the video in our FAQ section about how the cooling water flows? it really helps understand the system,

The pee hole water should be hot, very hot

I would think it's strange you get an overheat on the hose with good water flow out the pee hole,

I would run it in the water and see if the overheat happens again, otherwise I would chalk it up to being finicky,

thank you I well put in water and try.--- I well view cooling system video--thanks again=== looked for video could not find
