I have 2007 yamaha sx230 ho. How do you fog the MR-1 engine? Any videos? Thanks

Cześć, After I had finished all of my winterization procedures (oil change, antifreeze, etc), I ran the engine at a "fast idle" and alternatively shot fogging oil directly into the intakes one by one. I would apply about a 2-3 second burst to each one, and I repeated the process about 4-5 times. I figured this way, it should coat them all without burning it all off on the first one after you finished the last.

I think overall though, putting the fogging oil directly into the spark plug hole and turning over the engine a few times (no ignition) would have been the better way to do it, but that's a lot of screwing around (pun intended).

There will very likely be many opinions on this matter here, including "don't bother" (see this thread: https://jetboaters.net/threads/winterization-debates.11339/)
