Just want to make sure I am aware of all of them. So far I know of ski lower plug, engine compartment (bottom on same side of opening of hatch), clean out plug, and transom two plugs. Besides staying close while on the water the clean out plug and transom two plugs, should I kee the ski locker and engine compartment plug in or out? The manual states all in when on the water and out on the trailer.

as a side note, I almost forgot to take off the flush engine plug from the connector whenat the lake last weekend. It is not a hose but just a connector. What would happen had I forgotten to remove it? Would water be rushing back into the swim platform form the plug?

I think you have them all - same setup as my 212s except for the transom plug. As for the flush, it's an inlet so I don't think it would do much, maybe when cutting throttle it might backwash a bit, but I doubt it.

On my 2020 195S, I've been leaving the ski/floor locker plug out at the suggestion of my salesman. Allows any water that makes it into the locker to drain and make it's way back to the scupper while in motion.

The scupper inlet is not part of the compartment drain system. Scupper removes water that is on the deck/flooring.

Right. So it will drain from that little lip around the ski locker (over which the hatch fits) to the back of your boat, though that fitting, down a tube in your engine compartment and out the scupper.

But any water that gets over that little lip and into the ski locker (or is on skis and drips off, etc.), will go down that plug into the bilge. When it fills up enough (which is a lot), it will trigger the bilge pump...

It seems that potentially having the locker plug out could get more water in the ski locker unless the water comes from rain. I had mine out last weekend and notice water coming in and out from the plug, enough to make evrything in the locker wet (ropes, life jackets, inflatables) before all of these were used. I would think having it close will move the water under much more fluidly as it is intended to, then unplug it once out of the water to drain anything that accumulated from the goodies after used. This make sense in my mind but not sure if by having it close it will cause another issue somewhere else. It is weird the manual clearly states to have it closed while on the water yet most posts I have read people have it open.

@cjaysanchez , I have noticed that too actually, stuff in floor locker wet but wasn't used yet. I'm going to try plugging mine next trip out. The thought (at least from my salesman's point &of view) is that leaving the plug out of the floor locker allows any water that gets inside to drain out and to the rear of the boat faster (Bilge). However, it's easy enough to just loosen the plug if needed.
