Hudson, FL

Heading down to Hudson FL for spring break end of March.
Taking the AR-195 down with me.

Any ideas of things to do?

Already interested in Anclote Key.

How long would a trip down to Clearwater or Tampa Bay take?

Crystal river is nice. mostly wake speed, but nice clear water. beaches, springs, places to hang out. its a little ride north. maybe to far 30 miles or so

Anclote is about 23 miles from the Hudson ramp according to how far out you go. You will be about 3 miles out at the end of the channel and turn southwest. Great run in good water. Clearwater is about 15 mins south of Anclote. In between Anclote and Clearwater you have Three Rooker, Honeymoon, etc. All great spots. Until we just got in a marina on the Anclote river, we have been dropping at Hudson for years.
