Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my post. I’m the proud new owner of a 2015 AR240.. it’s in a little rough condition and I want to make it shine again.. if you can be of any help, please let me know

1. The rear ladder is missing.. lol who takes that??
2. The driver and passenger seats are missing too.
3. The gps cover is gone with the wind. But the gps works fine.
4. The awning is gone / sun shade

also a few things I notice and maybe you can shed some light on it. I hooked up the water to each engine and ran it independently and changed out each motors thermostat. The water was peeing out the side and then stopped. It doesnt pee for either motor. There is plenty of water pressure , 60psi to be exact. But I unhooked the pee’er above the oil filter and the water is cool, so the motor is not overheating with either motor. Is this a common problem?

On the hose my usually won't have water come out the pisser, depends on house water pressure.

Thank you! I was just making sure that’s normal
