impeller removal ... sx240 ft lbs ??

My question is in detail what size wrench for the impeller nut ?.. and what ft lbs on tightening of new one ?

Not sure of size nut but here is a diagram that shows the torque settings

I have the box wrench at home that fits the stock impellers in my 2010 LS. I will let you know the size when i get home. A big crescent wrench will do the job was well.

removing the impeller from the shaft is the hard part, not installing it. Usually, especially if they haven’t been removed before, removal requires that the wrench be extended with a pipe.
