installing a NOCO Genius GENPRO10X2 on a Yamaha 255XE

Newbie here, I am wet-slippping my 2024 Yamaha 255XE and would like to install a battery charger so I can use the shore power.
I bought a NOCO Genius GENPRO10X2. It seems there isn't a great spot to install it in the battery area. It does not help that the X has space filled up for the wake ballast bag.
I am not a fan of punching out to the cabin on the cabin-facing side.

I have included a picture below for your review.

Has anyone done this install on these boats?

I understand that this topic has been discussed extensively in this forum, but I haven't been able to find a satisfactory answer to my question.

So two areas I wanted to ask you about.. The yellow area if you drill into that is that into the engine compartment? I honestly can’t tell by how close the pic is so just a guess! And then on the side of the blue arrow, I know it’ll be smushed by the bag but I can’t imagine it would hurt the charger or the charger hurt the bag in either place I’m inquiring.

It also looks to me like you could move the divider to the opposite side of the fixed blocks reducing the size of the ballast area but allowing for the tender charger on the battery side of the partition.

I installed mine where Hot2Go has the "yellow" box. 2 toggle bolts into the engine compartment. Easy Peasy.

Different boat, but I installed my charger in the engine bay so the charging cords could reach both batteries which are mounted on opposite sides of the boat. Plenty of room to mount in there.

Edit to add that mine is a single engine, but I'd still think there would be enough room to fit the charger on the wall in the engine bay.

Bag does touch it when filled but it does not bother or worry me. I am also looking to move the batter wall piece closer to the ballast bag to turn the batteries to make room for a 3rd battery.
