How do I fix it ?Nope, looks like engine oil was overfilled.
Where would it be coming from ?Get yourself a fluid extractor and suck it out.
You are probably best off to just do a full oil change and new spark plugs. Lots of good DIYs on it. But basically you suck the oil out of the tank on the backside of the engine. You also fill it from there.
Not really damage but maybe run without filters and buy new if they are wet. The oil should be warmed up and then checked on the water floating. You can get pretty close leveling the air box top by moving tongue jack. How many qts does it take ? Could it damage the engine ?

There should be no visible oil under the filters that I’m aware of. Are both filters like that? You may consider swapping them out, mine are bone dry.
Oil change kits from yamaha provide 3 qts per engine. I usually extract 2.5 qts from each and replace it back. No problems in 5 years with this approach. Not really damage but maybe run without filters and buy new if they are wet. The oil should be warmed up and then checked on the water floating.
