Driving to look at a 2018 AR240. Looking for advice on any issues I should know about ahead of time. The only problems that I'm aware of are related to the Conex screen. Is there anything specific to know about before hand? Thanks in advance! This will be the third boat I've looked at in 5 days! Hoping it's the one!

My 17’s been great. I had the connext and port tach (condensation) replaced under warranty. Other than that I had them seal the known anchor locker drain before delivery. I have over 300 hrs on it. I have CJ fins on it and also put lectrotab auto trim tabs on that mad a huge difference in chop and taking off.

I bought the boat. Ended up driving 2700 miles to look at 4 different boats in three states over the course of a week.

It is in near perfect conditionand has only 160 hours. The only issue I could find is that the clean out ports must be experiencing some blow by. I made sure to seat the plugs and then check the cleanouts immediately after completing the sea trial. They were completely full of water and we had no water wash up over the rear deck while under way.

What are people doing to mitigate that water intrusion?

I have always had water sitting on top of my clean out plugs. I assumed that was normal. ?

Some people have said water comes in through The drain plug on the clean out tray. I have bought a one way valve to install on the hose but haven’t installed it yet.
