Help Please, Had new SBT engines put in last summer. one had an issue and had to be warranted out. been out a couple of times and just started to open up a bit. I'm maxing out about 6-7k rpms and top speed about 35-40 compared to 55 (gps) before. Both engines are hitting the RPM wall not one making me think it's electrical. Book says to check cable, throttle cable is in spec for both. book also says to do reset using BUDS. I don't have access to one. way to reset without? is this most likely being the limiter? here's whats happening.

.

Thanks in advance. Rick

What engines do you have? Sounds like a supercharger issue if it's not reaching 8000 rpm. The candoo software may be able to help.

Talked to mechanic and took out on water and tested. Noticed yesterday I took half of the lake out with me on the launch. Turns out had an exhaust hose not coupled . Got it put back on and tightens and I have my hot rod back.

Here's the after...

Here's the hose...
