One thing I had to do with my system is get blue tooth streaming going. I hate having cords and such dangling, or having my cellphone connected all the time. I dont listen to broadcast radio much. Here is what I did, but there are other options as well.

I used the Blackberry Music Gateway.

You can plug the power usb to the 12v aux power, and the 3.5mm jack to the aux. It sounds great, and never lets me down. Its range is very good. The only draw back is it does not use the lossless bluetooth algorithm.

Another option is the
Yamaha Bluetooth Wireless Audio Receiver
It does have the technology, and works great for the audiophile people out there. For the price, it cant be beat.

There is another option if you want something small and intuitive. Reveiws look to be good for this adapter, and it will work without all the wires. Its called the Smartbean. Its the cheapest option, and looks to have the updated technology.

Just to add to the recommendations, I purchased the Moto Stream. I have no experience with the ones that @ScarabMike mentioned so I am not comparing them but the one reason I choose this one was that you can have 5 devices paired at one time. If someone else on the boat wants to hear a song they just hit play (with the captains permission of course). Now I just have to hard wire it to the power source this off season.
