I have a Sugar Sand Tango 4x2 with a Mercury 175rx jet drive. The alarm buzzer starts upon ignition and won’t stop even when idling.
I checked the oil in the reserve tank and it is 3/4 full. It is a continuous tone so I believe it is the over heating alarm. How is that engine cooled and what should I check. Engine seems to be running fine but I don’t want to risk damaging it. I apologize if there is already a thread addressing this but I did not see.it. Thanks in advance for your help
