Has anyone had to replace a fender on the MFI trailer. I had a tire shred on me the other day and it bent up the fender pretty good. The good news is that it was on the same fender I already had a big gouge in. I only need the one. I saw that MFI has the fenders on their parts page, but no price listed and I've heard they're pricey.

Or make one from some diamond plate?
I don't know the cost for replacement parts but often times you can have a similar piece made of higher quality at a manufacturing shop

I just bought a replacement fender for my pwc trailer from the small instate manufacturer (suffered through a shredded tire as well). Unpainted/ungalvanized it was $50 plus $17 to ship it.

I suspect the mfi replacement will be about the same cost. You just need to give them a call, I tried emailing them before, calling worked out better for me. Good luck.

I did. Don't remember cost, but it was a freaking art project to install.

Results were good though, just allocate the working part of your Saturday...
