You want to get a Spectrum gelcoat kit for that. Gelcoat is basically an epoxy-type stuff (a gel with a hardener you add).

Looks like a pretty decent void, I wouldn't be surprised if that hole got bigger. If it were me, I'd try to force epoxy as far under the existing lip as possible to fill it in, then cover with gelcoat with a spectrum kit.
