Need a new engine 2008 232 limited JF1100CN, engine family :8YMXM1.054GA, head is bad and is 4000.00 bucks, need help

what's the problem?

I saw a profile post that said you broke a plug off trying to remove it, is that the problem?

A machine shop should be able to help with that,
if you need a replacement engine you can check at SBT
If you're not sure I would seek help from a jetski shop before using a boat dealer,
