Have a 2016 242 Limited S with a scratch I am fixing. However, I haven't been able to find the specific color in a spray. I know spectrum color sells in a quart or gallon, but I need it in a spray bottle.

Color code is F507039Q, which is the YAMAHA SUEDE GRAY 15-19.

Thanks in advance

You cant just spray Gelcoat out of a spray can. It is a Polyester based material that is activated with MEK. It also has to have wax in it to cure , or it will remain tacky. You can use a Pre-valve to spray it.

Or, do yourself a favor and get the gelled stuff in a little jar from Spectrum. It is the consistency of peanut butter. You may need to break out your Dremel tool to widen your scratch a bit (but you should be doing that with the spray, too), but then you can just fill it with a putty knife. Be sure to cover it to cure--gelcoat will take forever to dry in air. Use a sheet of plastic or Saran wrap or spray a layer of mould release over it.
