Just replaced the Bimini top on my 2010 AR240 with a Yamaha replacement. I tried to set it up and the front is too tight to pull down the front bars and lock them down. Is there any sort of adjustment for these ? Should I sit it out in the sun to try and loosen it up ?

Hopefully, it will stretch enough to work out. Is it part # F2D-U3119-00-00, and are tie down straps aligned properly with anchor points?

It's out in the sun right now. It turns out the front poles do have an adjustment button. However at some point one of them was replaced with a generic fixed length pole with detachable ends. Hopefully the pole is available.

I copied it down wrong. It's F2D-U3113-00-00

Looks like #9 in the diagram in the link. Click on the link in my previous post.

when I replaced the stock fabric with a new one I had to use a ratchet strap to get it down far enough to lock it in. My old one, even after being 10 years old, still took both me and my wife to get it down. I'd pull/hang on it while she put the pin in.
