New boat day!

Awesome. Congratulations! Looks great with your Toyo. Lucky dealer too - appears like they got a few more shipped-in behind you In the pic.

They got a big shipment in last week, that’s only a few, but they all have red tags on the front. It’s a high volume Yamaha dealer and we see a huge amount of Yamaha boats on Lake Allatoona.

@Smiley Good looking boat, congratulations.

That’s what I’m talking about!! Congrats on the new addition.
there are so many fun lakes in this area, GA,SC,AL you will have no problems getting the use out of that boat.

Stay on this forum for help and advice plus get your wife involved...it makes a huge help not being a one man show. Also, you can so easily get caught up with the “mod” bug. Enjoy the boat for a while before going crazy with mods.

Post some pix of the maiden voyage. Yes, the weather sux here in Ga, but hang on... it’s about to be boating weather very soon ???

Oh yeah, we've been hanging on Allatoona for several years, but I can't wait to explore more. I've been on Lanier and Oconee, as well as growing up going to Lake Jackson. We will likely be up on Burton a bit, but I am looking forward to checking out others. Keowee, Jocasse, Fontana, Blue Ridge, Weiss, Nickajack, you name it within in a couple hours...

Good looking boat you have there.

@Smiley man I do like those new plush interiors on the newer model boats. Looks great! That on Altoona? How low is the water right now?

Yup, Allatoona. Water is low for sure, we stayed in the main channels. Put in at Galts Ferry and ran between there and the dam back and forth for break in. Need about 1/2 hour more per the manual so we are headed back today.
