I just got the new boat pad finished for less than $300. Check out the pics. I also installed the fence and culvert.

Nice pics. Can you tell us more about what was laid down? is that crushed rock? asphalt? Looks very nice. Congrats.
 
Thanks. We used the 16" concrete garden pavers "Matts Log" at Lowes. To make the pavers stronger I dug a small trench on both sides and then filled with dry concrete and wetted. Came out super strong. I was able to get asphault millings for feee and used 4.5 yards. We raked it out making sure everything was level and then put the sprinkler on it while going to rent dirt compactor. Ran over it with the compactor for a couple hours then added 10 bags of mulch.
 
That reclaimed asphalt is awesome stuff. Sometimes it's better than the original form!
