Hey all! New to Yamaha boats. Curious what this is for. I have a 2016 AR190. Found it in the glove box and the previous owner said he doesn’t know either. Thoughts? Thanks!

Looks like some kind of little pump cap or something. I don’t think it’s part of your boat.

I belive it is to take place of the depth finder if you take it out for winter or any other reason.

When I got mine i thought it came with plastic hand grenade lol

I asked the same dumb question last year ? Its the plug for the transducer, I guess if you remove the transducer you plug it with that.

Damn, I hate being wrong! I guess my boat didn’t come with the plug.

The dealer told me I would never need it. That means I will. Guess we should find out how to install it in case we hit something and the transducer starts leaking.

You use this if you need to take out the transducer to service it if something went wrong with it. You can at least continue boating.
