I agree there doesn’t seem to be anything jumping out that would prevent planing. The leading edge of each impeller blade is important as any dents/dings will cause cavitation. The pics don’t show them all. One thought would be to check the rubber drive shaft coupling behind each engine to make sure that didn’t disintegrate and somehow fails to transfer engine rpm to the impeller shaft.

Looks like your impeller is contacting your wear ring. That is why you can't get the feeler in there. The wear ring has swelled. That has worn away your impeller a bit too.

Look at the 3011 pic. You can see the wear ring and exactly where the impeller has been contacting it. In pic 2850, you can see where the impeller has worn away a bit (see the tip, where it is no longer perfectly curved, but shaved off a bit).

You need to replace the wear ring. I don't recommend the impeller just yet. Replace the ring, measure the clearance to see how close you are to spec. Then also try it and see where you are. You may wind up replacing the impeller, but I rather doubt it. Usually in these cases, the wear ring is enough and you are back in business.
