Was wondering what y'all thought about rebuilt injectors reverses new ones

What is the price difference?

I can get 4 rebuilt ones for 130 shipped or the new ones are 100 bucks a piece and the guy I'm talking to about the rebuilt ones said they changed from the blue ones I have now to red ones

If it is a reputable shop or supplier I would definitely go with the rebuilt option. Reputable suppliers often offer a comparable warranty to new.

O wow I never thought about that I will look in to that as well thanks

Just got a email back from the link you posted and they are 18 bucks each and they send you a print out of the before and after to show the difference think Iat go with this option . I havnt ever pulled this out before but it didn't look like it was very hard

Please let us know how it works out. At that price I might send mine in just to have them optimized.

Yea I was reading his web site and it very knowledgeable I did not know they had filters insode them plus he will also test them aswell so thinking I will go that way

I like to save money where I can but I'd go with new injectors if I was in the same position. The rationale being that I have read several times that bad injectors can lead to the premature death of the Ecu they are related to, ecus are over $1k so I'd rather go with a new product than an old one regardless of the warranty duration of either. Just my 2 cents.

Got my injectors out last night going to send them off today will let you know what they say

Got my injectors back last week going to get them in today I will post a pic of the print out of the before and after when I get home

Here is the report getting started putting them back in

I'll be waiting to hear how these perform through the rest of the season @Scott griffith. For $18 per injector this may be a good post season preventative procedure every 3 years or so. Thanks for being the guinea pig.

Yea no problem just finished up fixing to fire them off I figured being 13 years old it can only be better and from the look of the report it has to be better

Lots of detail in that report. Looking forward to hearing how they work!

Well it ran alot better smoother idle and a deeper sound from the exhaust can't wait to see how she runs on the water
