The actual tow point is too low, more important for me catching the line is not easy (you need to go to on the swim platform 
).
I start to install a tow bar just behind the seats, using 8 bolts plus epoxy for the back plate it will be strong enough. Not finish yet,
but pictures will give you the idea... With 3 layers it's easier to follow the curves from the support.

, I haven't seen lot of boat with it 
in Delaware.
